Need A Reason to Shop? Think Pink!

Most people know that pink is my favorite color. From my signature pink baseball caps to my oversized pink purse, pink phone cover, pink laptop, pink lipgloss..…well, you get it. If it comes in pink—I’ll buy it! And what better time to indulge my love of shopping for all things pink than October when so many companies are donating proceeds from pink products to organizations that benefit breast cancer research. Check out some of my favorite finds for fitness lovers and “add to cart" ASAP! Not only will you be treating yourself, but you’ll also be doing something good for your fellow females, one in approximately every eight of whom is affected by this second most common cancer in women. There’s power in pink, y’all!

Mizuno Project Zero

Calling all runners! One of my favorite shops for running gear, Fleet Feet has teamed up with Mizuno to raise funds for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation through the “projectZERO” collection, and from tennies to tees and tights, there is something for everyone. Mizuno will donate $10 from the sale of every limited edition Rider WAVEKNIT shoe, and $5 from all apparel to this New York-based non-profit that is the highest-ratest breast cancer research organization in the U.S. Check out selection and prices here.

Check out another bold statement by two female-founded companies who have joined forces.
